Terahertz frequency selective surfaces using heterostructures based on two-dimensional diffraction grating of single-walled carbon nanotubes

For single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with a length of 1–50 µm, the surface plasmon-polariton (SPP) resonance is within terahertz frequency range; therefore, SWCNT lattices can be used to design frequency-selective (FSS). A numerical model electromagnetic wave diffraction on two-dimensional periodic lattice described by an integro-differential equation second-order respect current along SWCNT.
